The Devon Cricket Foundation is searching for an energetic and skilled Club Engagement Officer to join us on a part-time basis.

This pivotal role will focus on driving club and volunteer engagement, promoting the game of cricket across Devon, and ensuring a high-quality, accessible experience for all participants. The successful candidate will join the Clubs and Competitions team, working to inspire more children and volunteers to become involved in cricket.

£15,662 (Pro-rata)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the development of the ECB's National Programmes, All Stars and Dynamos Cricket, in Devon.
  • Support clubs in the delivery of National Programmes, recruiting volunteers, deploying coaches, liaising with schools, and promoting and administering the schemes.
