Help us inspire the next generation of girls to play cricket!

The Devon Cricket Foundation is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and skilled Girls Community Cricket Coach to help us increase the number of girls playing, enjoying and staying involved in cricket across Devon.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference to the growth of the girls’ game. The successful candidate will spend much of their time working directly in primary and secondary schools, introducing girls to cricket and creating enjoyable experiences that build confidence, communication, teamwork and leadership.

Just as importantly, you will help turn those first experiences into lasting participation by building strong links between schools and cricket clubs, and supporting clubs to establish and grow sustainable girls’ sections.

This role supports the Devon Cricket Foundation's aim of making cricket accessible to all by developing sustainable opportunities, from participation to competition.

We are looking for someone who loves working with children and young people and can bring energy, enthusiasm and creativity to their coaching. You will need to be a confident communicator who can build positive relationships with girls, teachers, schools, coaches, volunteers, parents and cricket clubs.

The Devon Cricket Foundation is committed to equality and diversity, and encourages applications from all sectors of the community.
