
The Devon Cricket Foundation, in partnership with The Lord's Taverners, seek to appoint a Disability Cricket Officer who will be responsible for the coordination, growth, and delivery of disability and inclusive cricket programmes across Devon. The successful candidate will form part of our Community team, working predominantly in the educational sector to inspire more children to say 'Cricket is a game for me!'
This role supports the Devon Cricket Foundation's aim of making cricket accessible to all by developing sustainable opportunities for people with disabilities to engage in the game, from participation to competition.
The role will work closely with clubs, schools, community groups, and external partners and funders to embed inclusive practice and increase engagement across all disability cricket pathways.

The primary focus of the Community Department is on improving the lives of young people through cricket, helping them develop personal skills that extend beyond the game.
