| UNDER 13 BOYS |
Devon Under 13 Boys got their season underway on 17 May with a friendly game against Wiltshire.
After winning the toss and batting first, the team set a target of 73 thanks to a resilient 41 off 90 balls from Ollie Hulbert. Despite a strong fight, Wiltshire chased the total down inside 21 overs, Jacob Cottam the standout for Devon taking 4 wickets for 6 runs.

| UNDER 14 GIRLS |

Devon Under 14 Girls' ECB County Cup campaign opened with mixed fortunes in May, when the girls played Dorset and Cornwall.
Devon started strongly at Axminster CC, securing a brilliant six-wicket victory over Dorset. Fantastic performances by Gurnaazdeep Kaur led the girls to victory in the first match and helped restricted Cornwall to 195 in the second match, claiming an impressive seven wickets across both games.

| UNDER 14 BOYS |
The Under 14 Boys started their season off on 3 May, facing Wiltshire in a friendly match and electing to field first. Wiltshire set an impressive target of 251/9, with Musa Kaleem Devon's standout bowler, picking up a commendable 3/42 to slow the surge. After some initial resistance, Wiltshire won the match by 156 runs.
The boys recovered by putting on a fantastic show on 17 May in a double-header against Cornwall at Plymouth CC. The latter won the toss and sent Devon in to bat first, where we posted a competitive target of 138 runs. Thanks to a phenomenal, high energy team effort, Devon successfully defended the total and went on winning the game by 26 runs.

After Cornwall chose to bat first in the second game, Devon's bowlers put on another exceptional performance. Musa Kaleem took 2 wickets for just 8 runs, and Evan Burke claimed 3 for 15, leading the hosts to a brilliant 6-wicket victory.
Hampshire won the toss on 24 May at South Wilts CC, choosing to bat first and setting another impressive target of 257/6. Despite Devon fighting back, taking crucial wickets, Hampshire's clinical performance ultimately secured them an 89-run victory.
Brixham CC hosted an ECB County Cup match on 31 May, where Gloucestershire sent Devon to field first. A disciplined bowling display successfully restricted Gloucestershire to 176/9 before Lucas Bennett ignited the chase with a brisk 31 off 28 balls, but Devon ultimately fell 31 runs short of the target.

| UNDER 15 GIRLS |
Devon Under 15 Girls travelled to Panteg CC on 26 May for a friendly match against Glamorgan. Devon won the toss, and the team decided to bowl first, where Glamorgan gave the target of 265. Despite a tough 104-run defeat, Ellie White's unbeaten 32 off 26 shone through.

| UNDER 15 BOYS |

Ipplepen CC hosted a brilliant performance as the Devon Under 15 Boys cruised to a five-wicket win over Somerset in their first game of the season. The visitors won the toss and elected to bat first, but a superb bowling display restricted Somerset to 189 after a brilliant four-wicket haul from Luan Matthews De Menezes. Devon's chase, featuring Brendan Coles (63 off 65) and Lucas Bell (61 off 47), ended the match in the home side's favour.
Winning the toss at Hamworthy on 17 May, Devon boys chose to field first against Dorset. After restricting Dorset to 178, our batters made chase a light work, wrapping up the innings in just 18.4 overs. Stanley Baker anchored the innings with a spectacular, unbeaten 71 off 47, while Brendan Coles continued his fine form with a 47 off 40.
The Under 15s travelled to Shrewton on 24 May for their match against Wiltshire, who won the toss and gave us a target of 274/9. Despite facing early setbacks, the boys showed plenty of character. Jack McManus gave Devon a glimmer of hope with a promising start, while George Connolly and Henry Alsop also looked good before being dismissed. Unfortunately, the team fell short of 115 runs.
The Under 15s played their penultimate match of a busy run on 28 May against Glamorgan. Choosing to bat first at Abergavenny, set a target of 166. It proved tough to defend against Glamorgan, who chased down the total in 27.5 overs.
Devon wrapped up May with a fantastic friendly win in Falmouth. Cornwall won the toss and elected to bat first, setting up a target of 221. Devon chased the total in 44.1 overs with Lucas Bell scoring 92 (not out) off 110 balls

| UNDER 16 BOYS |
It was a busy double-header on 26 May for the Under 16 Boys, with matches against both Cornwall and Somerset in Redruth. Devon cruised to a convincing seven-wicket victory over Cornwall, with Henry Alsop taking 2-19. Despite a spirited fight by Jasper Bubb, scoring 50 off 42, Somerset proved too strong, securing victory in the second game by 7 wickets.

The Under 18 Girls were in T20 County Cup action to start their season on 25 May, playing two matches against Worcestershire.
Despite a spirited team effort, both matches slipped away. Rebecca Savory (33 off 27) and Lucy Vosper (44 off 56) in the first game.

| UNDER 18 BOYS |

Topsham Sports Field hosted the Under 18 Boys on 24 May for their first double-header games against Cornwall and Somerset. Both games saw different results with one in favour, while other against.
The boys narrowly lost by four wickets to Cornwall in the first game of the day, despite Gethin Williams' 3-26 and Noah Musikanth's 56 off 35 balls. Devon celebrated a thrilling two-wicket victory over Somerset, with Ollie Knight (3-16) taking three wickets against Somerset
