Devon Cricket Foundation (DCF) is looking for a dynamic Operations Executive to play a key leadership role in delivering our strategic objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of cricket development in Devon while leading our Community & Schools and Clubs & Competitions departments.

Your Role
- Provide strategic leadership and support the CEO in delivering the organisation's vision.
- Manage and develop cricket programmes for schools, communities, and clubs.
- Oversee the smooth running of competitions, leagues, and club cricket initiatives.
- Develop funding opportunities and contribute to financial planning.
- Champion inclusivity by promoting Women and Girls' cricket, Disability Cricket, and diverse participation.
- Act as a key representative for DCF, building strong partnerships.
What we're looking for:
- Leadership and management experience within sports development or community organisations.
- Strong understanding of grassroots and recreational cricket.
- Experience in strategic planning, governance, and financial management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for community engagement and cricket development.
Desirable:
- Experience working with National Governing Bodies or sports organisations.
- Knowledge of club cricket structures and competitions.
- Experience in securing funding and managing sponsorship relationships.
