The Devon Cricket Foundation's leadership programme, Devon Young Leaders, is set to take place for the first time in late May.

The programme is the successor to the Young Storm Champions programme, which previously ran for four years.

The day is designed to give young members, aged 13-17, the opportunity to develop leadership skills to take back to their clubs and become role models for future generations. Participants will experience leading cricket activities to others, game management, umpiring and scoring.

Participants on the Devon Young Leaders programme will receive a bespoke young leader polo shirt and enjoy a day of learning skills of leadership, inclusion and game management.
