Budleigh Salterton CC's The Holt is set to play host to Devon Women's home fixtures for the 2025 campaign.

The state-of-the-art facility was officially opened in June last year and is one of the premier cricket venues in the South West.

"We are delighted that Budleigh Salterton CC have agreed to host Devon Women this season," says Devon Cricket Pathway Manager, Sandy Allen.

"The number of home fixtures could potentially be doubling this season under the new format and we are excited to be playing them at a facility that is second to none in the region."

Devon Women's home season starts in the Metro Bank One Day Cup against Berkshire on 20 April, ending on 10 August against Hertfordshire in the same competition.

The Holt will play host to Devon Women's only home T20 league fixtures of the season, a double-header against Wiltshire on 29 June.

Devon Women will also play at Budleigh Salterton CC should they progress to Rounds 2 and 3 of the Vitality T20 Women's County Cup against Suffolk and Bears Women (Warwickshire) on 10 May and 17 May, respectively.

Speaking on the news, Budleigh Salterton CC Chair, Joel Murphy, said:

"We are delighted to be continuing our wider partnership with Devon Cricket Foundation in being the home of Devon Women, with 2025 promising to be very exciting with women's county cricket being staged at the Holt.

"This is a major step forward for Budleigh Salterton Cricket Club in our goal of staging county standard cricket and providing an up-close-and-personal inspiration for our own thriving women and girls cricket teams."
