The Devon Cricket Foundation is searching for a Club Support & Safeguarding Administrator.

This pivotal role will focus on supporting clubs with key compliance issues in relation to affiliation, governance and safeguarding. The successful candidate will join the Clubs and Competitions team, working to support Devon clubs to offer safe and welcoming environments for all participants to enjoy.

Key responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent administration to the following:
- Club support – supporting Devon clubs with their compliance relating to the annual DCF and England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) affiliation, affirmation and governance compliance.
- Safeguarding – providing proactive support to clubs to ensure they are safe and welcoming environments, working in partnership with them to improve safeguarding compliance levels and identifying and mitigating risks.
