ECB Health & Safety Assessment (UKBA H&S) 

This assessment is required for those seeking to enter the UK on a "Tier 5" creative and sporting Visa only. 

UKBA HEALTH & SAFETY COURSE PROCESS – OVERSEAS PLAYERS – COST £50.00

        Candidates should register and pay using the link below to the online registration.

Please ensure that the details registered reflect the details being used for the non-UK vetting (name, date of birth).  If this does not match, there will be delays with the clearance information and subsequently the certification process.

  1. Once registered candidates will receive a confirmation email containing a link to the resource PDF. Copy of resources can be requested by email if necessary.
     
  2. The resource PDF needs to be read and understood fully by the candidate prior to undertaking the assessment.
     
  3. Clubs should contact Matt Theedom (matt.theedom@devoncricket.co.uk) to organise an assessment.
     
  4. Assessor to conduct the assessment online. Photo identification must be presented by the learner and verified by the assessor.
     
  5. Learner completes assessment and assessor advises of outcome (a score of 8/10 must be achieved for a competent decision to be shared. 
     
  6. If competency is reached; County to email ECB Customer Support coach.education@ecb.co.uk a scanned copy of the learner’s assessment. ECB Customer Support will then email the certificate to the county.
     
  7. If competency is NOT reached; In the case of a not yet competent decision; a reassessment must take place. Please note any resits will incur a further charge of £50.00 to cover administration and assessment costs.  Resits must take place within 4 weeks after the failed assessment.
