Huxtable glad to have King back in side

NORTH Devon captain Barney Huxtable is looking forward to having Josh King back in action against Plymouth.

King for unavailable all-rounder Steff James is the only change to the side that surrendered top spot to Bovey Tracey when they lost to them last time out.

“Having Josh back is a huge positive for us,” siud Huxtable.

“Josh has been outstanding with the ball this summer and is one of the best ground fielders in the league.

“He was sorely missed last week and we are hoping he can give us that extra push when coming face to face with a strong Plymouth outfit.”

King was among the Devon players who missed league games to travel to Barrow for the Unicorns Trophy quarter-final against Cumberland.

Cornwood will be unchanged for their basement clash with Heathcoat.

Losing to Exmouth last Saturday was a bit of a let-down after the previous week’s win over former leaders Exeter.

“We trained hard during the week and look forward to putting it into practice on the weekend,” said skipper Elliot Staddon.

“A little bit more application and concentration and we aren't far off

“Everyone's looking forward to what hopefully should be an exciting game of cricket between two sides who really want the win.”
