Dan Cooper had 30 in the 10.5 overs Yelverton required to knock off the runs.
EXWICK slumped to an eight-wicket defeat at Whitchurch after they were dismissed for 88.
Vic Murphy’s 23 was as good as it got for Exwick, who were bowled out by Darren Sambells (4-37) and Clive Marais (3-7). Slumping from 50 for two to 61 for seven was the root of the problem for Exwick.
