Devon Women are back in Metro Bank One Day Cup action on Sunday, 14 June off the back of a record-breaking start to the season against Berkshire last time out.

Devon's first home 50-over game of the season comes against a Buckinghamshire who last played on 24 May, where they fell to a double-header defeat at home to Staffordshire in the final round of the Vitality Blast Women's League Three season, finishing second in Division 1B.

After a slow start to the season, Devon Women find themselves in a strong run of form, winning each of their last five matches, including a record-breaking win over last year's Metro Bank One Day Cup champions, Berkshire, in the first game of the 50-over season last month.

Lauren Rowles's Pre-Match Thoughts

"I'm looking forward to see the women face Buckinghamshire at Budleigh. We've come a long way in a short space of time as a group, we've had individuals stand up with some exceptional performances, so I'm excited to see who steps up this weekend. But more than that, the girls have shown real support for each other, whether that's on the field or off the field, which has been great to see.

"Our 50-over campaign got off to a great start which will give the girls great confidence and momentum in to this coming weekend with another strong squad!"

Jemima Vereker's Pre-Match Thoughts

"We made a positive start to the 50-over campaign last time out and now the focus is on building further momentum.

"We're looking forward to the challenge ahead, and we're focused on producing another strong all-round performance against Buckinghamshire."
