The lead professional responsible for the management of overall operations and resources of the Devon Cricket Foundation. The main point of communication between the professional staff, board of directors and our major stakeholders - ECB, Chance to Shine, Lord's Taverners.

The main point of contact for clubs needing support with a variety of ECB programmes - All Stars Cricket, Dynamos Cricket, U19 T20, Clubmark, Club Development Planning, Safe Hands Management System. Provides general club support, including funding advice.

Oversees player and coach development between the ages of 10 and 18 in the Performance Pathway. The main point of contact for the Performance Pathway and player development.

Provides general club support, including funding advice. Leads on facility development in clubs.

Responsible for the internal and external communications strategy of the Foundation, writing and disseminating publicity materials, responding to enquiries from the public and media, developing the Foundation's commercial offering and coordinating promotional events.

The main point of contact for women and girls wanting to engage with cricket.

Responsible for The Lord's Taverners Wicketz programme in Plymouth. Wicketz is a community cricket programme targeting young people living in areas of deprivation and hard-to-reach groups without access to sporting opportunities and the benefits cricket can bring. Leads four hubs within the city providing cricket and lifestyle workshops.

Responsible for The Lord's Taverners Super 1s programme in Devon, as well as Table Cricket. Provides coaching and competitive opportunities for people with disabilities across the county.

Oversees the Youth Development Programme from Under 11 to Under 14 Boys, and Under 13 and Under 15 Girls.

Responsible for schools delivery of Chance to Shine and promotion of ECB All Stars and Dynamos Cricket across North Devon. Works with clubs in the area to develop junior cricket opportunities, coach development as well as other ECB club programmes.

Responsible for schools delivery of Chance to Shine and promotion of ECB All Stars and Dynamos Cricket across West Devon. Works with clubs in the area to develop junior cricket opportunities, coach development as well as other ECB club programmes.

Responsible for schools delivery of Chance to Shine and promotion of ECB All Stars and Dynamos Cricket across East Devon. Works with clubs in the area to develop junior cricket opportunities, coach development as well as other ECB club programmes.

Responsible for schools delivery of Chance to Shine and promotion of ECB All Stars and Dynamos Cricket across South Devon. Works with clubs in the area to develop junior cricket opportunities, coach development as well as other ECB club programmes.

Part-Time Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Provides administrative support to the professional staff and directors. Undertakes all Performance Pathway administration (Youth Development Cricket, County Age Groups and Emerging Player Programme). Administrates the Coach Education and Safeguarding programmes. Manages various ECB systems and initiatives.

Part-Time Tuesday Provides administrative support and is responsible for keeping financial records for the Foundation. Also acts as webmaster.

Part-Time One day a week Communicates with Devon Cricket on all safeguarding issues and offers advice to anyone within cricket who needs it. Provides training for all Safeguarding Officers in Devon.
