Truro’s Boscawen Park ground will host the three-day Championship game starting on August 1.
Cornwall won the last meeting between the two sides on the Malpas Road ground when Brad Wadlan (6-72) bowled them to a 158-run win on the final day.
The 2015 game was significant as the first time future England spinner Dom Bess played for Devon in three-day cricket.
