Dart has been trawling up old photos of North Devon teams to hang in the Instow club’s pavilion.
These pictures were found among a collection in an old photo album gifted to the club some years ago. The question is who are in the pictures and when do they date from?
The one below is dated 1947 and features Roy Smith second from right in the front row. Smith, who went on to play for Somerset CCC, died recently aged 90.
Dart, a former 1stXI captain, is keen to track down as much of the club’s heritage as he can. He particularly wants to lay his hands on photos taken in the last 20 years.
