EXETER and Devon all-rounder Ben Green clouted a maiden century in Australian Grade cricket in the latest round of fixtures.

Green, who is spending the UK winter in the sunnier climes of Western Australia, has signed for Premier side Gosnells.

He has been in decent form since arriving in Perth, averaging more than 30 in all forms of the game, but really hit out in the round eight game against Midland-Guildford.

Midland-Guildford made 280 all out in 67.4 overs in their first innings.

Green then smote the bowling for 142 as Gosnalls replied with 345 all out.

Green, who opened up, faced 234 balls, hitting 17 fours and a six. He was fourth out with the score on 281.

There was no time for Midland-Guildford to bat again so the game ended in a draw with Gosnells comfortably taking first-innings points.

Next up for Green and Gosnells is a one-innings, 50-over game against Waneroo.
